Episode 30: Mickey's Toontown Fair

Kids, come journey back in time with us way back before 2011 when the Magic Kingdom was actually the home of Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Donald's Boat.  What started as a 60th birthday celebration for our main mouse, Mickey, evolved over time becoming Mickey's Starland, briefly Mickey's ToyLand, and ultimately Mickey's Toontown Fair!

Let's learn facts we should already know about past attractions, a totally 90's stage show, and more Baby Herman and Stepbrothers references you could possibly imagine would happen in this episode.

Startlight, staaaaaar bright! First star I see tonight. I wish, oh, I wish we had a podcast filled with fun facts and games devoted to the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular.

Well, we planned this Episode last week, only to be hit by a Mack truck sized news story from Disney Parks Blog in which they announced Wishes will come to an end this year on May 11, 2017.  So what perfect timing to pay tribute to one of our favorite shows ever in Walt Disney World.  Should we say the SGOAT?

Episode 24:Fun with Audio Animatronics

Have you noticed, in WDW, you're actually surrounded by robots?? Well, in Disney World, they're affectionately known as "Audio Animatronics", and they have been responsible for entertaining park visitors every day since the opening of Disneyland in 1955.  There are so many AA's in WDW, in fact, it would be easier to list the attractions which do NOT contain one of these talking/singing/dancing/joke-telling little characters.

So join us as we get down to the wires of these little (and some very big) robots. Laura will discuss the history and inner-workings of AA's and Alison reminds everyone of some of the most memorable AA's around WDW.
